You may request video evidence dating back 45 days, but the average video retention for our system is approximately 30 days.
Video Requests exceeding an hour in length with multiple camera views can take several days to fulfill. Our average turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days, excluding fraud cases.
Due to growing demands with higher priority incidents, we process fraud related incidents as time allows. Fraud cases, on average, take 7 to 10 business days to fulfill.

Once we have processed your request, you will be emailed a link with instructions that will allow you to download the video file.
Non-Law Enforcement:
Any requests for QuikTrip video should be submitted through our Legal department at Dist-LegalClaims@quiktrip.com.

We believe it is important to support and assist our law enforcement partner agencies to the best of our ability and provide as many evidence requests as possible. We prioritize our work load based upon the severity of the crime—violent felony offenses have a higher priority than petty offenses and fraud; QuikTrip victim cases have a higher priority than non-QT victim cases. We have limited personnel resources to support the hundreds of law enforcement requests we process on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, this may mean that we will not be able to fulfill every evidence request. We will also not be able to support reviewing video evidence to corroborate facts or theories on any particular case. We apologize, if our capability limitations interfere with the progress of your investigation.
