QuikTrip Protective Services has established this site to provide Law Enforcement the ability to request evidence from QuikTrip during the course of an official Investigation. A separate request will need to be submitted for each case or location.

Law Enforcement and Prosecution:
Our video retention ranges from 30-45 days. We strive to process evidence requests that do not exceed one hour in duration within 10 working days (M-F), barring any unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen circumstances may include technical failures, illness, holidays, or higher priority obligations.

Please be advised any request for evidence that includes validating a transaction, we require the last four of the compromised card, the victim’s name, transaction amount, and date in order to process the request.

If your request exceeds one hour in duration, special arrangements will need to be discussed prior to processing your request.

If the time frame of your incident is unknown, we encourage you to preview the video at the store in efforts to establish a manageable time frame.

Upon successfully submitting your request through our portal, you will receive an automated email containing an ER# (Evidence Request Number) for tracking purposes. If you do not receive the automated email, your request did not process and you will need to resubmit your request. If you need to follow up with your request, please respond to the automated email at protectiveservices@quiktrip.com. Upon completion of your request, you will be emailed a link with instructions that will guide you through the proper process to download the video file and player.

We strive to assist our law enforcement community with as many evidence requests as possible, given our limited personnel resources. Due to the high amount of requests we receive, we are not always able to fulfill each and every request. We do prioritize requests based on the nature of the incident. We also are unable to review videos to corroborate facts or establish time frames. We apologize if our capability limitations interfere with the progress of your investigation.
